Travel Routine
Privacy Policy
Travel Routine is designed to keep your travel and wardrobe data local, with clear controls for every optional remote feature.
Effective 15 August 2026
Local-first by default
Travel Routine stores trips, wardrobe pieces, saved looks, preferences, and photos on your device. When iCloud is available, Apple may sync this information through your private iCloud container.
Travel Routine does not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or track you across apps or websites.
Optional smart assistance
Smart Assistance is optional. When it is enabled and you request a remote feature, the app sends the minimum relevant trip context, destination, wardrobe metadata, and an anonymous installation identifier to the Travel Routine service and its service providers so they can produce the requested result.
Clothing and outfit photos are sent only when you start a photo-based assistance flow. Outfit Stylist keeps comparison photos temporary unless you save the winner, blurs detected faces on the device by default, and lets you turn that blur off for the current comparison.
When you allow location access in Outfit Stylist, precise coordinates are passed to Apple's WeatherKit to request current conditions. They are not included in the Travel Routine assistance request, which receives only the resulting city and weather context.
If you enable fit and silhouette feedback, the service may comment on garment cut, drape, balance, and proportions. It does not create or retain a body-shape profile, score your body or attractiveness, or infer weight, health, or protected personal traits.
Optional product analytics
Product analytics is off until you opt in. When enabled, the app sends limited pricing and upgrade-flow events with an anonymous installation identifier to the Travel Routine service.
These analytics events do not include trip text, clothing photos, email addresses, or precise location.
Feedback and contact
Feedback is sent only when you submit it. It may include your message and an optional email address so support can reply.
Information submitted to remote services is kept only as needed to provide, secure, and support those services, or to meet legal obligations. You may contact support to request access to or deletion of remotely held personal information.
Your controls
You can disable Smart Assistance and product analytics in Settings. Outfit Stylist also provides per-comparison controls for face blurring and fit-and-silhouette feedback.
Erase All Data removes app-owned trips, wardrobe data, photos, artwork, cached responses, Guide history, preferences, and scheduled notifications from the app. Security and fraud-prevention credentials, previously submitted feedback, and remote service records are not automatically removed; contact support for a privacy or deletion request.
